I've struggled with acne for a long time. My healthy diet has really helped, but it's still rears it's ugly head sometimes, even at age 40!
I once read that Madonna suffered from acne, and always carried cover-up. That made me feel better because:
a. She's still a hot mamma
b. More people than just me have acne (and other skin issues)
Having eczema, psoriasis, acne, or premature aging is not a condition any woman is happy about. Yet I find women don't seek help for it, due to not wanting to seem vain, not wanting to be embarrassed, or not knowing where to start.
I recently made a video and podcast with Dr. Trevor Cate, ND, founder of the upcoming Glowing Skin Summit.
Dr. Trevor (who has AMAZING skin by the way, and easily looks 10 years younger than she is...see her at the bottom of the page) has put together a really powerful, free resource on natural skin care.
Let's be honest; you feel better when you step out of the house looking great, and pounds of make-up is not needed to get you there!
The Glowing Skin Summit starts next week, April 27 - May 4, and features 5 free speakers a day. The summit covers loads of helpful topics:
Acne
Allergies
Hormones
Inflammation
Sleep
Superfoods
Facial Acupuncture
Stem Cell Therapy
If you want some great natural tips for glowing skin, from the inside out, sign up for the summit.
You can also watch my video interview with Dr. Cate on our youtube channel, or hear the audio on our podcast. (We are now offering both!)
