We’ve been busy gathering information for you as you navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. My intention in this article is to tour you around things we’ve created so far, and you can pick and choose what is useful for you to read or watch. 

I’m going to start with the more serious stuff, and progress to the lighter fare!

COVID-19 & Your Underlying Health Conditions

The folks most affected by COVID-19 are the elderly and those with serious pre-existing health conditions, and especially if those two are combined. But factors like low melatonin (this hormone naturally decreases with age), autoimmunity, leaky gut, and prediabetes can also weaken your immunity.

From all I hear about the virus, I would rather not get it, or if I do I’d rather fight it off quickly. So I’m doing all I can (without driving myself batty) to boost my immunity.
