I recently interviewed a member of the community about the fact that toxic mold is a cause of several gut health issues, including autoimmune alopecia. He also discussed how toxins build up throughout the body due to mold exposure, particularly in the liver and other places. It can trigger inflammatory innate immune reactions anywhere in the body, including the gut lining, the skin, the respiratory tract, and occasionally even the brain.
Additionally, he talked about the significance of reducing such inflammatory responses and several products that can be extremely beneficial in this regard. (39:26)
Importance of Gut Health
Nerves and hormones in a healthy stomach connect with the brain, maintaining overall health and wellbeing.
The foundation of your health is the microbiome in your stomach. When the good (beneficial) and bad (possibly hazardous) bacteria and yeast in your digestive tract are in balance, you have good gut health. (6:12)
In 80% of your immune system and the bulk of your body's serotonin are located in your gut.
Since most things around us have some type of antimicrobial effect and humans are microbial beings, everything in our environment, particularly toxins of various kinds like mold, negatively affects our gut. (9:06)
The leaky gut caused by a dysfunctional microbiome and the consequent chronic low-grade inflammation that results from the leaky gut is likely the most significant causes of chronic low-grade inflammation, according to a 2015 study published in The Frontiers of Immunology. Additionally, it is the leading global cause of illness and mortality. (7:35)
A lot of people take several supplements but no multivitamins or essential nutrients. One way to protect your liver is to keep that inflammation down and keep that diversity up. A healthy gut or a leaky gut are quite hazardous to the body, and taking such things adds to that load. (31:06)
A leaky gut either causes the condition to start or is a factor that prevents it from getting better in almost all the most severe and hazardous diseases, including diabetes, obesity, heart disease, dementia, Alzheimer's, osteoporosis, and many malignancies. (7:58) It becomes exceedingly difficult to progress on such problems without treating a leaky gut. And dysbiosis, an imbalance of bacteria in the GI tract, is where a leaky gut originates.
You almost certainly have a leaky gut if you have IBS, tend to be constipated, and your bowels aren't moving because there is some sort of bowel stasis, and the brain's signals to move the bowels aren't getting through to them.
Because it can accelerate Akkermansia growth in this instance, the megamucosa is very beneficial. In addition, because feces and food products tend to decompose and get excessively fermented when you're constipated, and they sit there for a longer period in your colon, it also helps to reduce some of the inflammatory response that is occurring in the lining of the gut.
As a result, you produce byproducts that cause inflammatory reactions in the gut lining, which worsens constipation and creates a vicious cycle. Therefore, the megamucosa is crucial in assisting with the gut's inflammatory response and supporting a healthy immune response. (1:16:15)
Supporting the liver is crucial since it is crucial in the process of trying to rid your body of mold poisons.
The megaspore becomes crucial for helping the gut and liver detoxification, and the mega igg 2000 aids in binding mold toxins and lessening their toxicity.
If you believe you may have a fungal overgrowth in connection with that, MegaMycoBalance can help because it targets the fungal overgrowth in the stomach. And finally, the mega omega is advantageous due to its capacity to lessen inflammatory reactions in the stomach lining or elsewhere in the body.
